PURPOSE:To obtain stabilized joints by effectively melting only the joints without causing damage to each portion by a method in which a conductive path, one of electrodes, and a conductor are contacted with each other and the contact portions are connected by melting by partically irradiating lasers for heating from the insulator plate side of a distributing board. CONSTITUTION:A distributing board 26 is pressed by a block 27 in such a way that a soldering bump 8 and a soldering pad 11 formed on a piezo-electric vibrator 7 set on a head come into contact with each other at a given position. The block 27 is made of a material pervious to lasers 28 and free of damage during the permeation of lasers. Lasers 28 is focused by a lens 29 and passed through an insulator plate 9 to heat up a conductor 10 partially and thereby a soldering bump 8 and a soldering pad 11 are contacted and melted. The heat so produced is cooled by radiation 30 of heat from the plate 9 to the block 27 and by heat radiation 31 through the vibrator 7, forming the joint 32 of the bump 8 and the pad 11. The block 27 made of quartz glass or transparent sapphire is used. |
