<p>PURPOSE:To use a light writing printer over a wide wavelength range by using a light quantity control element which controls the quantity of light by using reflection on a movable thin film. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 105 is placed at a side A, the movable thin film 10 and a lower conductive film 110 are set at the same potential and there is no static electricity generated between the both, but charges are impressed to and stored in the movable thin film 101 to generate an attracting force which attracts an upper conductive film 108, so that the movable thin film 101 is initially in a state 201 shown by an alternate long and two short dashes line, but deforms by flexing to enter a state 101. At this time, light 106 illuminating the movable thin film 101 is reflected in a direction C and almost no light strikes on a convergence part 107 in a direction D. Then when the switch 105 is switched to a side B, an attracting force due to static electricity operates between the lower movable thin film 101 and a lower conductive film 110 and the movable thin film 101 returns to a state 201 shown by an alternate long and two short dashes line. At this time, reflected light travels in the direction D and the quantity of light incident on the light convergence part 107 is maximum.</p> |
