PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of inter-layer exfoliation by coating a thermosetting resin on each one surface of at least two sheets of mica layers, heat-press forming them superposedly, thereby impregnating the resin sufficiently into the mica layers. CONSTITUTION:The mica layer is formed by making mica flakes dispersed in the water, and two sheets of the resulting mica layer are coated with an epoxy resin on their one surface respectively. The two layers are superposed so that the surface that the thermosetting resin is applied of one layer is abutted with the surface that the said resin is not applied of the other layer. And the said layers of mica are heat-pressed and formed to obtain a two-layered skin material. On one surface of the resulting material, the epoxy resin is coated to form a surface layer. |
