PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy in cutting the three dimensional body to be worked by fitting the copy sensor having a very small contact face attachably and detachably to a work head and by making the height thereof and the distance from the head variable. CONSTITUTION:The copy sensor 31 having very small contact face is fitted to a work head 1 via a sensor supporter 4 and copy sensor fitting 5. In this case, the distance between the sensor 31 and work head 1 and the height position of the sensor 31 are made variable via the fitting 5 respectively. The cutting of the body 6 to be worked is performed with the outgoing laser beam and working gas from a nozzle 2 while profiling the reference material 7 of the same shape as that of the body 6 to be worked by a pin like copy sensor 31. Due to the focus position of the laser beam being able to be held constantly accordingly the cutting accuracy of the three dimensional body 6 to be worked can be increased. |
