<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation in the focus detection precision by distributing uniformly the eclipse of the light incident on individual picture element of a photoelectric converting part of a focus detector. CONSTITUTION:The light which passes light-transmissive parts 53-55 of a photometric device 31 projects images of an aperture part 49 and amorphous silicon photodetectors 50-52 onto upper and lower picture element arrays 69 and 70 of a CCD sensor 40 through a field lens 33, a mirror 34, an image separating prism 35, a refocusing lens 38, and a mirror 39. Since projected images 74 of amorphous silicon photodetectors 50-52 are distributed uniformly to individual picture elements 71, partial eclipse and unevenness of the quantity of received light are prevented. Thus, a phase difference can be obtained from photoelectric conversion outputs of individual picture elements 71, and the focus is detected accurately.</p> |
