PURPOSE:To control the discharge speed and stoppage of concrete by connecting a screw conveyer to the lower end of the pipe of a piping device for placing concrete. CONSTITUTION:A piping device for placing concrete consists of a pipe 20 and a screw conveyer 30 connected to the lower end of the pipe 20. The screw conveyer 30 consists of an outer tube 31, a motor 33 provided in the partition wall 32 on the upper end of the outer tube 31, a rotary shaft 34, a screw 35 integrated with the shaft 34, and a power supply and control cable 36. When concrete is poured into the pipe 20 and the motor 33 is turned normally, concrete is forcibly sent downwards by the screw 35 and discharged from the opening 39. When the motor 33 is stopped or turned reversely, the concrete is not discharged from the opening 39. The discharge speed of concrete can be controlled by the turning speed of the motor 33. |
