PURPOSE:To obtain core-containing sausage, by introducing an inner and an outer nozzle pipes concentrically arranged into a casing having one sealed end, drawing the casing to the front of a nozzle while rotating the casing and extruding separately a core raw material and a sausage raw material from the inner and the outer nozzle pipes during the drawing. CONSTITUTION:A casing having one sealed end is made in a rotated state around a nozzle consisting of an inner and an outer nozzle pipes concentrically arranged, a cheese, etc., of a core raw material is extruded from the inner nozzle pipe and a sausage raw material from the outer nozzle pipe simultaneously while drawing the casing to the front of the nozzle. When the casing packed with the raw materials reaches a given length in front of the nozzle, the casing is fastened, the raw materials in the casing are cut and the casing is twisted. |
