<p>PURPOSE:To improve the dispersibility of powders injected into the flow of gases by installing guide vanes having the geometry in which the front face to face the flow of the gases is throttled parallel with the edge line of the guides and the rear face expands to the rear flow of the guides. CONSTITUTION:The powders supplied from powder supplying installations 2, 2', 2'' are injected from injection nozzles 3, 3',3'' in counter current against the flow G1 of the gases and while the powders are vigorously mixed with the gases, the powders are dispersed into the gases and flow toward the rear flow. The mixing of the gases and the powders is accelerated by the parts of the guides 4, 4', 4'' and guide vanes 5, 5', 5'' having the geometry to overlap on each other by commonly possessing the bases of the circular cones or pyramids. The throttle angle theta1 and expanding angle theta2 of the guide vanes 5, 5', 5'' are adequately 50-90 deg.. The space between the guide vanes, expressed in terms of the flow rate of the wind passing therethrough, is adequately 20-50m/sec.</p> |
