PURPOSE:To manufacture steel stock having the superior aimed quality, by obtaining corrected value of transformation phenomenon model based on the difference between measured and calculated transformation ratios for obtaining the desired material quality, and modifying the aimed transformation ratio pattern of steel stock by using the corrected value and cooling the stock. CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet 10 came out from a finishing final stand 12 is cooled under controlling by a cooling water bank 16, then wound by a coiler 14. Thereat, data of rolling condition such as the aimed material quality, rolling temp., sheet thickness, rolling load and component of steel stock, etc., are inputted to a transformation ratio set-up device 22 from a data input/output device 20. The device 22 calculates the aimed transformation pattern contg. the aimed cooling pattern by transformation phenomenon model and forecast model of material quality. This is inputted to a bank controller 24, measured transformation ratio detected by plural transformation ratio sensor 26 and obtd. by a transformation ratio arithmetic unit 28 and the aimed transformation ratio are compared. Thereby, the bank 16 is opened or closed to cool the stock 10 under controlling and steel sheet having the aimed material quality is manufactured. |
