PURPOSE:To contrive to be able to keep nozzle touching force under suitable elastic force by a method in which the spring member spring-pressing an injection device to a mold, while being compressed to a transmission mechanism after the nozzle touch, is provided, and the position of the injection device at the compressed state or immediately before the compression of said spring member, is detected. CONSTITUTION:When an injection device 1 is advanced and reaches immediately before nozzle position, an approaching switch 19 is operated by a dog 20 and a timer 24 begins time measurement. The injection device 1 continues its advance with the time measurement by the timer 24, and nozzle-touches a mold 7, and then the rotation of a motor 8 is further continued, but it is not moved more, whereby a feeding piece 11 is returned against a Belleville spring 18. When the device is returned to the intermediate point of the movable strobe of said spring 18, the timer 24 finishes time measurement, and the contact 24a of the timer 24 is connected thereto. The circuit 23 of nozzle advancing command is cut off, whereby a motor-driving device 22 is isolated and the motor 8 is stopped. Thus, the force of nozzle touch is kept by the elastic force of the Belleville spring 18. |
