PURPOSE:To simplify the operational process in lamination and to improve the operational efficiency, by using a liquid or viscous fluid as a heating.pressing medium and by carrying out both softening and molding of a decorative sheet at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A decorative sheet 16 selected from a thermoplastic resin sheet or a plate or a melamine resin sheet is placed on an elastic sheet 6 and a base plate 17 molded into a require shape is then put on them. A rubber adhesive is applied on the surface of the base plate 17. A covering part 7 descends by acting an oil-pressed cylinder 8 and an upper hole 1a of a box-shaped supporter 1 is thereby closed. A liquid fluid 4 is then filed in the box-shaped supporter 1 through a supplying pipe 11 from an oil-storing tank 10. With filling this liquid fluid 4, air in a divided chamber 18 is exhausted through an outlet 9 and the elastic sheet 6 is pressed upward by the fluid pressure of the liquid fluid 4. The decorative sheet 16 is thereby faithfully adhered on the surface of the base plate 17. |
