PURPOSE:To prepare a rubber sheet or a rubber-coated fabric having an embossed skin and being excellent in quality and appearance, by carrying out vulcanization while transferring an embossed skin of a transfer sheet to a sheet to be treated in rotating it and then by peeling off the sheet to be treated from the transfer sheet in reversely rotating the sheet to be treated. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet 7 having a finely embossed skin is piled on a surface of a sheet to be treated such as a rubber sheet or a rubber-coated fabric and they are sent forward between a main roll 1 and a belt 5 from the side of the first guide roll 2. By rotating the main roll 1, the sheet to be treated 6 and the transfer roll 7 are pulled on the surface of the main roll, where vulcanization proceeds with heat of a heating device and at the same time, the emboss of the transfer sheet 7 is transferred on the surface of the sheet to be treated 6 by pressing from the side of the belt 5. After vulcanization and transferring, the piled sheets are separated into the sheet to be treated 6 and the transfer sheet 7 and the transfer sheet 7 is pulled out to the tangential direction of the main roll 1, while the sheet to be treated 6 is reversely pulled out, cooled through the surface of the second guide roll 3 and finally wound up in a roll-shape. |
