PURPOSE:To prevent melt adhesion of the inner wall of a tube each other, by protruding a cotton fiber body, to be non-adhesive with the tube, at about the center of a ring-shaped extrusion hole of an extrusion head and by placing thereby the cotton fiber body in the tube having been just extruded. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion head 1, a ring-shaped extrusion hole 2, a cooling device 3 and a taking-up device 4 are set. When, for example, a tube T consisting of fluoro elastomer, whose inner and outer diameters are 0.5 and 2.7mm respectively, it to be molded, a cotton fiber body 5 protruded at the extreme edge of the center 1a of the ring-shaped extrusion hole 2 is formed of such a non-adhesive material with the tube T as metal, inorganic material, synthetic resin and rubber. The diameter of the cotton fiber body is almost the same as or smaller than the diameter of the tube T and it is extended to a cooling zone of the tube. The cotton fiber body is thereby placed in the tube and the inner wall of the tube does not thereby contact each other to prevent the adhesion of the inner wall due to the elongation of the tube. |
