There is described a foodstuff or delicacy which is produced from mixed ingredients, can be consumed directly or after preparation, and is in the form of candies, chocolates, potato products, fatty compositions, fruit preparations, dairy products, beverages or their raw materials. It is intended to achieve an improved flavour, appearance, structure or texture of the material, sensory lightness, but also processability and homogeneity in such products while reducing the costs. This object was achieved by the fact that the product contains up to 85 per cent by weight of peat. |
