The special container is for the transport in particular of Christmas trees from the felling site to the sales point. The container is stackable and collapsible. It comprises frames (1) and side pieces (8) easily detachable from each other, together with hinging cross-beams (5) at the top. The free ends of the beams are adjusted by a lever (16), to compress the load to the desired degree. The container can be loaded onto a transport vehicle using the lifting tackle on its crane and stacked with others to the desired length. |
