A submersible pump for the delivery of liquids with a capsular shell which has, on the pump suction side, a suction component forming a base for the submersible pump with inlet openings and, on the side of the shell facing away from the suction component, an outlet connection, characterised in that provision is additionally made for at least one second outlet connection (15 or 10) which is either provided on the top shell side (5), if the first outlet connection (15) is emerging from a shell side (3a), or which is located on a shell side (3a) if the first outlet connection (10) is emerging from the top shell side (5).
