This device has two transparent plates which are surrounded by a frame and which are coated on the inside with an advertising motif in pictures and text or one or the other, thus being visible from the outside. The plates and frames are processed such that the device can replace the side wall of a bus or tram stop. A light source provides illumination of the advertising motifs when it is dark. Furthermore, the device is designed for mounting on the post of a road sign, as well as for setting up on roads, squares and stations, etc., and also for mounting on a car roof.
