Tag attaching implement comprises hollow needle having guide groove for receiving tag-pins singly from an assembly of tag-pins, as they are advanced to the base of the needle by a feed mechanism having a rockable feed claw and a reverse-feed stipper claw. Pref. the two claws are paralled with each another, and the feed claw is on a pivotal feed lever on a rockable feed and support plate.
