1. Lifting device for lifting heavy articles having an elongated shape and being fastenable on roller support means, especially so called torpedo ladles, having two lifting girders (2) extending alongside the load and supported by at least two, for instance hydraulic jacks (1), at least two transverse girders (7) connected to the lifting girders as well as support means (10) and roller support means (11, 12) attached to the underside of the transverse and lifting girders, characterized in that the jacks (1) are linked to the ends of the lifting girders, that the lifting girders are arranged above the transverse girders (7) and linked together by small beams (6) so that the small beams can swivel around a bolt (4) mounted transversely to the longitudinal direction of the lifting girder and around a bolt (5) mounted transversely to the longitudinal direction of the transverse girder (7), that load supporting saddle pieces (9, 9a) rest upon the transverse girders (7) and that the roller support means (11, 12) may be displaced individually in the vertical sense and are fixed together with the support means (10) to the underside of the transverse girders (7), the support means (10) being bearers under load. |
