For the exchange of thermal energy a transport medium is evaporated in a cavity (1) in a region of relatively high temperatures ( theta H), the steam (D) is forced to flow through a pressure gradient to a region at a higher temperature level ( theta T), where it condenses in the cavity. During this process the condensate (K) flows from the lower-level region to the higher-level region by centrifugal forces, the cavity being rotationally displaced around an axis (A) in the lower temperature level region ( theta T).
