PURPOSE:To prevent a steam passage part from corrosion, by discharging steam from a boiler to a condenser through a bypass pipe till the time immediately before starting of a turbine and blowing out a solid particle with the discharged steam in the starting method of the turbine with a turbine bypass system. CONSTITUTION:Combined reheat valve 5, 5' are arranged in an opening part 26 of a turbine bed 12, in which an intermediate pressure turbine is set, also in aligment to the valves 5, 5', reheat pipes 9, 9' are arranged from the opening part in front of the bed 12, and rise up pipes 27, 27' are provided to reheat pipe lines and connected to the valves 5, 5' then rise up parts R, R' of the pipes 27, 27' are provided. On the other hand, low pressure bypass pipes 10, 10' are connected to the downstream of a horizontal straight forward part of the pipes 9, 9'. Before starting of a turbine, because an intercept valve 7 in the valve 5 is fully closed, steam (a) containing a solid particle 18 advances into the pipe 10 as shwon by an arrow head (b) in the drawing and is discharged. If this condition is continued for a long time, solid fine particles generated in a boiler can be all discharged. At this point of time, the turbine is started. |
