<p>The method disclosed is intended for the recovery and dosing of microquantities of DNA and comprises a first step of elimination of the proteins which are present, a second step of recovery of the DNA, which step comprises the precipitation of DNA by addition of a coprecipitation agent and a precipitation agent, a third step of marking by ''Nick Translation'' of the DNA to be recovered, and a fourth step of dosing.
