<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive Cr-Al alloy having superior heat resistance and high specific resistance and enabling reduction in the size of a thin film element and the high integration of the element by adding a specified amount of Al to Cr. CONSTITUTION:This Cr-Al alloy is obtd. by adding 10-50wt% Al to Cr and has superior heat resistance and high specific resistance. When the thin film of the alloy is formed on a substrate, reduction in the size of a thin film element and the high integration of the element are enabled at a low cost.</p> |
