PURPOSE:To output a picture change over code from a center to a terminal equipment by changing over a picture display to a display of an output picture of a picture signal output device or a character signal output device of a termi nal equipment in place of the picture display information from a picture display center in the terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:To a CPU 10 of a terminal equipment of a system, a ROM 11 storing a program or the like, and a RAM 12 storing a table indicating the contents of a picture change over code and the various data are connected through an internal bus. The data displayed on a CRT 1 is stored in a RAM 13 connected to the internal bus and a communication is carried out with a center 20 by an NCU/modem 14. An input from a keyboard 23 is received by a keyboard interface 15 and the video interface 15 controlling a video disk 17 and a floppy disk 18 are connected to the internal bus. The picture change over code is outputted from the center 20 and inplace of the picture display information from the center 20, the output information of the disk 18 is displayed and the quantity of the transmission data is reduced. |
