PURPOSE:To performe the furnace operation effectively and stably by a method wherein an automatic dust cleaning device which has a plurality of wires with brushes and a wire winding drum etc. on the upper surface of an upper header on the exhaust gas side. CONSTITUTION:The automatic dust cleaning device having the wire winding drum 11 on which wires 23 with plural brushes are wound individually at the upper side of the upper header 3 of exhaust gas side, and moreover transferable to the axis direction is annexed. Herewith, the effective and stable operation of the furnace can be performed without reducing the recovery of the heat of exhaust gas or the unit product, because dust attached in the inner surface of each heat transfer tube is removed by the wire brush 21 any time as necessary. |
