PURPOSE:To realize the picture signal having the number of the horizontal line except for 2<n> pieces with a simple constitution by stepping the counted value of the address counter and providing the address generating means to set always the value in the prescribed address scope, when the prescribed address scope to access the memory is exceeded. CONSTITUTION:An address value, in which an 'or else' by KEY DATA is executed, is diffused into the scope of 0-255, the same address is overlapped and will not appear, and therefore, even when the action is repeated, an address counter 18 will not step to >=255, and it is sufficient when 16 clocks exist in one horizontal line as a clock (b). Namely, the picture signal can be sent in the random sequence for one field, the random sequence can be changed for one field or several fields, and therefore, the sufficiently high secret can be held to the general receiver. Thus, the picture signal can release the highly random image scramble or the highly random image scramble even to the number of the horizontal line except for 2<n> pieces. |
