PURPOSE:To prevent a solar battery panel from being removed irregularly by clamping the clamping bolt of a solar battery mounting base inside a device containing housing, and clamping the clamping bolt of the panel at the back side of the oblique mounting plate of the base. CONSTITUTION:A solar battery mounting base 5 is fastened by a clamping bolt 11 for clamping short front and rear end leg plates 8, and bending plates 8', 9' of the lower ends of long leg plate 9 on the upper plate 4 of a device containing housing 3 in the housing 3 under the plate 5. Guide frames 10, 10 provided on oblique mounting plate 7 of mounting base 6 are formed in a frame to be inserted into the panel 1. Since the bolt 11 is clamped in the housing 3, the bolt 11 cannot be turned if the key 14 of a cover 13 is removed to open the cover thereby to prevent it from removing and taking it away. |
