摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compact, light-weight, high-output-power rectifier, which is characterized by efficient manufacture in a short time, few connecting parts and improved heat radiating characteristic, by arranging a circuit pattern at the approximately central part of a heat radiating plate, which also plays a role of a grounding electrode. CONSTITUTION:Four pairs of diodes (1a, 1b)-(4a, 4b) are all fixed on only one circuit substrate 5, which plays the roles of an electrode and a heat radiating plate and also connected to dedicated phase terminals 6a-6d. An insulating film 5b and a circuit pattern 5c on the circuit substrate are arranged at the approximately central part of the circuit substrate 5. The diodes 1a-4a are fixed at an equal distance with respect to a B<+> taking-out electrode 5e so that the voltage drop due to the resistance of the circuit pattern becomes constant for each diode. The diodes are arranged symmetrically with respect to the B<+> takingout electrode 5e so that the temperature distribution of the circuit substrate 5 becomes uniform. The other diodes 1b-4b are symmetrically fixed around the circuit pattern 5c on the right and left sides so that the temperature distribution of the circuit substrate 5 becomes also equal.</p>
