PURPOSE:To reduce a deviation of an optical axis from a collimeter and to reduce a coupling loss by inserting an intermediate material having an intermediate coefficient of thermal expansion between that of a base plate and a glass body into a space between the base plate and the glass body and integrally fixing these members. CONSTITUTION:The glass body 6 is fixed to the base plate 5 through the intermediate material 9 with the inclination of a fixed angle from collimeters 1a-1c and has three smooth surfaces consisting of the 1st and 2nd surfaces 6a, 6b and the 3rd surface 6c rectangular to the 1st and 2nd surfaces 6a, 6b. Plural interference filters 7a, 7b having different wavelength passing areas respectively are arranged on the 1st surface 6a in parallel and oppositely so that the collimeters 1b, 1c coincide with respective optical axes. The intermediate material 9 is a substance having the intermediate coefficient of thermal expansion between that of the base plate 5 and the glass body 6 and made of an iron plate e.g. and it is preferable to use a substance having the coefficient of thermal expansion closer to that of the glass body 6 than that of the base plate 5. |
