<p>PURPOSE:To improve the control accuracy for stopping at fixed position, by constituting such that the vertical truss of rack is detected to correct the setting level to be compared with pulses occurring under motion of crane by means of detected truss. CONSTITUTION:Necessary informations are set and stored in memories 19, 20 through learning of travel. Bay number and level number are set for the load receiving section 5. Transmitted pulses are counted 17 as a crane 1 travels while an adder/subtractor counter 18 will count the truss detection signals fed from a detector 16. Upon reaching of the difference between the pulse count of said counter 17 and destination bay number provided from memory 19 to setting level, travel speed is decelerated 25. For every step of truss detection signal count 18, referential number of pulse corresponding with said count 18 is retrieved from memory 20 to correct the count of counter 17 through correcting means 21. Consequently, fixed position control accuracy can be improved.</p> |
