PURPOSE:To improve the color reproducibility and the distinction of color pictures by making plural color toners different in refractive index from one another and developing color toners in order from the color toner having the lowest refractive index and transferring them to a transfer paper successively. CONSTITUTION:A cyan toner having the lowest refractive index out of yellow, magenta, and cyan toners is first used to perform development, and it is transferred to the transfer paper. The magenta toner is next used to perform development, and it is transferred over the image of the cyan toner in the preceding process on the transfer paper. The yellow toner having the highest refractive index is finally used to perform development, and it is transferred over images of the cyan toner and the magenta toner. Then, parts where the cyan toner 3, the magenta toner 2, and the yellow toner 1 are laminated successively exist on the transfer paper 4. Since the light reflected on the upper face of the yellow toner 1, the light reflected on the boundary face between toners, and the light reflected on the transfer paper 4 are visually recognized distinctly individually, the saturation is improved. Further, neutral tints are seen more distinctly. |
