PURPOSE:To permit easy and correct bonding work by a method wherein three or more positioning protuberances are provided on one surface of a plate-like jig for bonding, surface plates and a heat insulating base are arranged on the jig and, thereafter, hotpress operations are applied simultaneously thereon. CONSTITUTION:The plate-like jig 5 for bonding is made slightly larger than the lower surface plate 3 and formed with three and more positioning protuberances 9 on one surface thereof. The lower surface plate 3, provided with positioning holes 8, 6 formed previously in the step of forming work so as to correspond to the positions of the protuberances 9, and the heat insulating base 1 are superposed sequentially, further, the upper surface plate 2, provided with positioning protuberances 7 preformed thereon by press work or the like, is arranged on the heat insulating base 1 so as to engage the protuberances 7 of the latter with the holes 6 of the former. Whole of them are placed on a hot and cold press P under the combined condition and heating operations are applied from upper and lower sides thereof. According to this method, both of the surface plates 2, 3 are bonded to the surfaces of the heat insulating base 1 while keeping predetermined positions correctly. |
