<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the protecting function of a protecting gate circuit by mounting a control limiter in each protecting gate circuit or its group to avoid the state that the gate circuit becomes always 'open'. CONSTITUTION:A limiter 2-i is provided in each protecting gate circuit 4-i (i=1, 2...). Or, the circuits 4-i are divided into a plurality of groups, and the limiter 2-i and an OR circuit are provided in each group. In the former case, one limiter pulse output from the limiter 2-i to the gate circuit 4-i is provided for each strobe signal input to the gate circuit 4-i. In the latter case, a limiter pulse interval input to the circuit 4-i becomes much larger, and the state that the circuit 4-i is opened in a connecting manner to the applied voltage of each input lead can be avoided.</p> |
