PURPOSE:To hold nozzle touching along with flexible performance of the same, by a method wherein thrust force is transmitted to an injection device through an elastic member and a rotation of an electric motor is suspended by detecting a deflection quantity of the elastic member electrically after the nozzle touching. CONSTITUTION:A feeding piece 12 is held within a casing 16 in a state that a rotation of the feeding piece 12 is hindered through fitting between a protrusion 12a and long hole 16a. The feeding piece 12 is elastically pressed against a supporting plate 15 by a spring member 17 provided between the feeding piece 12 and a casing end wall 16a and generates thrust force reciprocating an injection device 1 by leading a screw shaft 1 which is being rotated to an axial direction by a screw lead, while in case of suspension of the injection device 1 in spite of a matter that the screw shaft 11 is being rotated by performing nozzle touching of the injection device 1 to a mold 8, the screw member 17 is compressed by moving the injection device 1 backwardly on the screw shaft by the screw lead to generate bounce there, and thus nozzle touching force after suspension of the rotation of an electric motor 9 is held flexibly. |
