PURPOSE:To easily install a slip suppressing apparatus onto a tire by arranging slip suppressing members onto two expandable elastic pulling members and installing a coupling mechanism which freely connects and disconnects pulling members. CONSTITUTION:Slip supporting members 2 arranged on the circumference of a tire 1 are connected at intervals onto two pulling members 3 which possess elasticity and are expandable and are arranged in the circumferential direction of the tire 1. The pulling member 3 is equipped with a coupling mechanism 4 which can be connected and disconnected in the circumferential direction and a clamp mechanism for controlling the above-described elongation and contraction. Said clamp mechanism 5 is connected with one of the slip suppressing member 2, and the slip suppressing member 2 connected to the clamp mechanism is arranged at the regular position on the tire 1, and therefore, the clamp mechanism 5 regulates the extension and contraction of the pulling member 3, and the slip suppressing member 2 is installed onto the tire 1. |
