PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of reinforcement layer fatigue based on a fiber in an axial direction without spoiling the flexibility of a hose after product by contriving dimensional stability at the time of braiding of the hose, by a method wherein a fiber whose fusion point is lower than the vulcanizing temperature of the hose is used as warp at the time of the braining of the reinforcement layer and the warp is fused into a material of the hose at the time of vulcanization of the hose. CONSTITUTION:Warp 3 is inserted while a reinforcement layer 2 of a hollow hose 1 is being executed. In case of manufacturing of the hollow hose 1, for example, NR/SBR is used as the material of an inner tube 5 (tube), vinylon is used as reinforcement thread 4, gutlike and tapelike polyethylene is used as the warp 3 and SBR/EPDM is used as a cover further. Then the warp 3 is fused completely and power is not held at all by executing hot water vulcanization at 160 deg.CX110min through constituent materials like these. |
