摘要 |
PURPOSE:To easily obtain an amorphous alloy having a fine surface state and a desired size by heating an amorphous alloy having a large difference between the crystallization temp. and the glass transition temp. to a temp. between the glass transition temp. and a temp. below the crystallization temp. and by working the heated alloy. CONSTITUTION:A molten alloy is rapidly solidified by a single roll method or other method to obtain an amorphous alloy having >=40K difference between the crystallization temp. and the glass transition temp. The amorphous alloy is heated to a temp. between the glass transition temp., preferably the glass transition temp. + about 20K and a temp. below the crystallization temp. and the heated alloy is plastically worked. Thus, the amorphous alloy is easily worked without deteriorating the characteristics. |
