发明名称 MOLDING METHOD OF FOAMABLE HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL LAYER ON PIPE SURFACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a heat insulation layer whose thickness is continuously uniform at favorable yielding, by a method wherein a molding frame in a specific form is arranged on a pipe by applying a plug closing a gap to an open end of the molding frame and the pipe is shifted in an axial direction by releasing the molding frame after casting a foamable heat insulation material within the molding frame and curing the same. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 1 is set to a molding frame 6. An open end of the molding frame 6 is plugged with a molding heat insulation material 9. Then a necessary quantity of a foamable heat insulation material 11 is cast within a gap S of the molding frame 6 by a resin foaming machine 10 and a heat insulation material layer 15 is formed in a desired heat insulation thickness. Then the heat insulation material layer 15 and molding frame 6 are released from each other by breaking the molding frame 6. Then the pipe 1 is sent into the molded heat insulation layer 15 by a feed roller 3 and belt conveyor 14 up to a position wherein an overlap allowance which becomes a plug of the molding frame 6 is left behind. Then sending-into of the pipe 1 is suspended, the molding frame 6 is closed and the necessary quantity of the foamable heat insulation material 11 is cast within the molding frame again by the resin foaming machine 10. The heat insulation layer 15 whose thickness is continuous and uniform is molded by repeating this operation.
