PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a copying machine without any increase in cost by forming the internal wall surface of a fixing device fitting part in a bag shape at part of a copying machine body, opening part of it, and fitting a fixing device to the copying machine by using a fixing device fitting plate which is covered with the opening part. CONSTITUTION:When the fixing device 20 is mounted, a cord connected to a power feeding terminal 23a is stored while a fixing container 21 is inserted into the fixing device fitting part 35 in a horizontal direction and the fixing device fitting plate 21a is brought into contact with the end surface of the fitting part 35, so that the device is easily fixed in one body with a small screw. Consequently, the power feeding terminal 23a is covered with external wall surfaces 31-34 of the fixing device fitting part 35 provided to a front panel 30 and the fixing device fitting plate 21a provided to the fixing container 21 of the fixing device 20. Consequently, even if the front door of the copying machine is opened carelessly, such an accident that an operator has an electric shock or causes a short circuit by touching the power feeding terminal 23a is evaded completely. |
