PURPOSE:To improve the die releasing property of the colored coated glass using the titled paint when the glass is press-formed by using plural kinds of glass frits having different softening points when the color paint consisting essentially of an inorg. paint and a glass frit is produced. CONSTITUTION:A color paint consisting essentially of an inorg. paint (e.g., CuO and CrO2) and >=2 kinds of glass frits having different softening points is produced. A glass frit obtained by mixing 20-99wt% glass frit having >=650 deg.C softening point and 80-1wt% glass frit having <650 deg.C softening point can be exemplified as the preferable example of the glass frit. The obtained color paint is coated on the desired part of a glass sheet, dried, heated at a temp.. close to the softening point and baked. The sheet is press-formed and colored coated glass having an accurate specified form and excellent surface roughness, coloring, luster, etc., can be obtained. |
