PURPOSE:To enable rapid positioning of flat tubes for superposition, by a method wherein, in a lamination type heat exchanger used for evaporator for a car air conditioning device, a concavity is formed on the top surface of the rib of a core plate serving as a flat tube constituting member to form an uneven surface. CONSTITUTION:A core plate 1, serving as the member of a flat tube, is formed in the shape of a thin tray on the whole by pressing the peripheral edge of an oblong metallic sheet so that the edge is risen by a height H equivalent to 1/2 the thickness of the flat tube. A projecting line 13 for partition is formed on the central part of the core plate 1. Ribs 11 are formed so that turbulent flows are produced in an U-shaped coolant flow passage. The height of each of a group of ribs 11 is set to H+(h) slightly higher than the height H of the rise of the peripheral edge of the core plate 1. A recess 11a, extended in a direction extending at right angles with the longitudinal direction of the rib group, is formed in the top surface of each of a group of the ribs 11 to form an uneven surface. |
