NEW MATERIAL:A complex expressed by the formula (D1<+>, D2<+>... are cations of different compounds selected from the respective derivatives of isoquinoline, quinoline, pyridine, picoline, pyridazine, pyrazine, pyrimidine, 1,10-phenanthroline, benzimidazole, benzthiazole, imidazole, thiazole, morpholine, pyrazole, diazabicyclo[2,2,2]octane, hexamethylenetetramine, 4-phenylpyridine and 4- styrylpyridine; TCNQ<-> is TCNQ anion radical; TCNQ<0> is neutral TCNQ; a+b+...=1). USE:An organic electrically conductive compound, capable of exhibiting physical property values as an independent compound not as a mixture and expected to produce various electronic chemical or photoelectronic chemical results. PREPARATION:For example, two or more different complexes consisting of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound cations and TCNQ are mixed and dissolved in an organic solvent while heating and crystals are deposited in the above-mentioned solvent to afford the aimed composite complex. |
