The invention proposes a connecting tab (6) of simple form for producing an electrical connection between a semiconductor component (7) and a conductor track. The connecting tab (6) exhibits at its outer ends (13) extensions (14) which are bent upwards. The connecting tab (6) according to the invention can be produced in a simple manner and does not require special care during the handling. It enables soldering dies (1) for producing semiconductor modules to be designed in a simple manner. The extensions (14) bent upwards ensure reliable adjustment of the connecting tab (6) in the soldering die (1).
