PURPOSE:To eliminate the irregularity in sensitivity and an error in parallax, and to decrease the number of photoelectric converters by providing a scintillator which is united integrally with a collimator and where radiation is incident only in its effective thickness direction and a position arithmetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:A scintillator 1 is united by being sandwiched between blades 31 of the collimator 3 and provided rotatably in a cylindrical fixed light guide 4. Radiation emitted by the RI in a body 6 to be inspected is incident only in a direction along the blades 31 between which the scintillator 1 is sandwiched, so scintillators 1 are equalized in the thickness to have the same sensitivity, and an error in parallax caused when the radiation is incident on an adjacent scintillator is eliminated. Further, a photoelectric converter PMT 2 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of a light guide 4 and its output is processed by the weight position arithmetic of a position arithmetic circuit 5 to improve the resolution of light emission positions to more than PMTs 2.
