In a solubilisation chromatograph, a solvent composed of a buffer solution and ionised micelles is passed through a capillary tube whose two ends are connected to the positive terminal and the negative terminal, respectively, of a direct-current source, then a sample is introduced into the capillary tube. Constituents of the sample introduced are separated by a combination of the phenomenon of the dissolution of the sample in the ionised micelles with a capillary electrophoresis process. A qualitative or a quantitative analysis of the sample constituents is carried out. The chromatograph is characterised in that a three-way connection (10) is connected by means of a first opening to the capillary tube (1) and by means of a second opening to a line (8) for supplying the said solution and the sample, while its third opening, which serves as outlet opening, is disposed on the inlet side of the capillary tube (1) in order to bring the inlet of the latter into contact with a flow of a solution composed of the sample and the solvent and to drain the remaining solution, which has not been introduced into the capillary tube, via the third opening, and furthermore a device for varying a contacting time of the capillary tube with the sample and/or a device for controlling an amount of sample sucked into the capillary tube are provided. <IMAGE>
