PURPOSE:To decrease widely the manday of sorting work by the manual work by providing a sorting data base file and a center printer output means to sort and output in accordance with a distributing destination key, and guiding the slip for each sorted distributing destination to an on-line printer terminal of the corresponding distributing destination. CONSTITUTION:A center printer sorting means 1 retrieves the mail record of the distributing destination from a sorting data base 9. Next, it is checked by retrieving respective records of the data base whether or not the slip to be distributed exists at the distributing destination. If any exists, one sub-file to the distributing destination is assigned and opened and processing preparation is executed to a sorting private SYSOUT file 6. Next, from the slip record to the data base, the sub-file of a private SYSOUT film 5 where the print image of the slip is stored, is assigned and opened, the data equivalent to the present distributing destination in the print image are selected by a KEY and the address of sorting, and written to the sub-file of the sorting private SYSOUTs 6. |
