PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for host computer for changing over to the back-up system by executing equally the monitoring of the completion of the functional program and the control of the shifting of the executing right of the functional program by all computers to constitute the system, and determining the back-up computer in the computer having the other same functional program. CONSTITUTION:When a computer 6 is down, the abnormality is detected by the timing-out occurrence of a functional program A at computers 7 and 8. When the processing request data of the functional program A are outputted, first the computer 6 refers to the executing right definition table, judges that the executing right of a functional number A is held and outputs the processing starting notice of the functional program A. When the data are received at the computers 7 and 8, a series of the processing is executed, it is judged that the functional number A is the back-up designation from the executing right definition table, a series of the processing is executed and the monitoring table is resetted. The computer 6, when the computer receives the processing starting notice of A outputted by itself, executes a series of the processing and the functional program A is executed. |
