PURPOSE:To provide a high efficiency by providing an air gap at a closed magnetic circuit of a core equiped with exciting coils so as to arrange a moving part movable to the direction normal to the side face of the core, and also by designing a permanent magnet not to face the entire face of a magnetic pole at the air gap. CONSTITUTION:An air gap 2 is provided at the center of a core 1 so as to allow exciting coils 5a and 5b to be installed. And a moving part 3 is provided movably to the direction normal to the side face of the core 1 allowing permanent magnets 4a and 4b to be secured with a certain space apart. In this case, the permanent magnets 4a and 4b are designed not to face the entire face of a magnetic pole at the air gap 2 for the whole amplitude range of the moving part 3. This configuration allows a driving force to be efficiently produced.
