发明名称 EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION CONTROL METHOD FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the amount of EGR to be increased at a time of a high speed running so as to reduce the amount of NOX by varying in the opening of an EGR valve in accordance with the accelerating or decelerating conditions of an engine, and also by correcting the amount to be increased or decreased based on the shift position of a transmission. CONSTITUTION:Output signals from those such as an absolute pressure (PB) sensor 10, an engine speed (Ne) sensor 11, a vehicle speed sensor (VH) sensor 31 and the like are inputted into an ECU 50, then the required opening of an EGR value 22 is read out from a valve lift map stored in a ROM 507 based on PB and Ne. Subsequently, the shift position of a transmission in computed based on Ne and VH, then the amount of EGR to be increased and the amount of EGR to be decreased are determined based on the computed shift position. And then the judgement is made as to whether an engine is being accelerated or decelerated based on the output from the absolute pressure (PB) sensor 30, and the required valve opening is corrected by the above said amount of EGR to be increased or decreased based on the judgement made so as to allow the opening of the EGR valve to be controlled by the corrected value as a valve opening command.
