<p>In order to obtain a heating temperature in excess of the liquid equilibrium temperature using the combustion products, reduced contact is produced between the bath of the liquid 3 to be heated and the submerged combustion burner 5 and the residual heat of the combustion products is recovered by causing them to bubble under a sufficient height of a bath of liquid 4 contained in a second chamber 2 before they exit the installation. The present invention makes it possible to prepare baths of liquid using submerged combustion up to close to the boiling temperature of said baths.</p> |
